I bought my mobile motog4 plus 32gb in June 2016. After 16 days taking my mobile I contact Amazon due to poor performance . they told me to contact Moto service centre.. due to job I was not able to go service centre.. so I putt my phone home for 3days but after that mob running normally.. after 6momth same problem happened. My mobile get switched off no matter how much battery is remaining.. it will get switched of after unplugged charger.. after unplugged within 5minute it will become 80% from 99%.. n then become switch of.. I saw my mobile to service centre they format my mobile n put there software but again 2times same problem happened within 10days ..they did same again.. but again after 12days I gone in galary for same issue so they took my phone n after 10days they give me new battery and new software again.. but again after 3days.. same problem occurred.. I totally fustreted right now..every time I have to travel 164km to reach in galary.. please give me solution I want my money back or new mob.
