Vodafone refusing MNP, JIO refusing refund

Before 5 months, i tried to port my vodafone number 84xxxxxxx90 to Postpaid Jio. While Porting I provided all my details and amount 500 as security fees at Jio office gurgaon sector 18,plot 33. Due to some issue, Vodafone cancelled my porting request. I visited that Jio office several times for refund but all in vain. Please help me to get refund of 500 rupees.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
