Airlink internet service not working

I have been using their internet services for more than 3 years now and it was kind of good but from 8 days they are not providing services. The name of the company is Airlink communications Pvt ltd Surat, I again called them for new connection l and now I have been getting calls from the and they are now saying that engineers are available for new connection and not available for the customers who have already paid.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
