My ajio account has been blocked for no reasons. I am unable to login. And I have around 5000 to 6000 cash in ajio wallet. I contacted the customer support also but no one knows why this happened. Please help me resolve this issue please

My Ajio account also blocked without any reason. If we want to return any product then Ajio is blocking. Why the heck it’s blocking us instead of resolving our issues after repeated mails also. They are just replying via mail to resolve but that’s it… nothing else they are doing. And eventually blocking our account. I have to return a shoe for which I mailed them to place request as it was not showing me to place return but they placed return request for a pair of socks . Now those frauds blocked me.
