Transaction failed, but amount deducted for Jio feature Phone

While booking the Jio Phone on 24-08-2017 transaction got failed and i not recieved any confirmation SMS for booking. So I booked another phone and it processed successfully. However Jio not refunded the amount of failed transaction. Now they saying “Transaction was not failed” even it shows failed at Portal and ask me to collect …
