Complaint regarding refund from Myntra

I want my refund for my puma sneakers on replaced on 21/09/2020 but they deliverd a vans shies under puma box so i want replacement i have submitted all the images on 25/09/2020 that is asked by myntra but my case is still oending they did not provied me any resolution or concern every time …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund of Rs. 42,000/- + documents from Quikr: Mrs. Sujita Kushwaha, Bangalore 560100, Karnataka paid Rs.42,000/- to Quikr for availing RTO services. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
