Refund from Flipkart – Rs.759/-: Mr. Vaibhav Jain of Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010, Karnataka made a UPI transaction through Google Pay to Flipkart on 25-Oct-2019 of INR 759/-. Though the amount was debited from his account but not recieved by flipkart. Mr. Jain complained about this to Goolgle Pay but the issue was not resolved. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
