It has been observed that Jio didn’t providing actual 4G service for internet using(since last six months). After purchasing my Jio kit I never been served by 4G service and my total recharge value is INR 1197 (399*3=1197). Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-: Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009. The claim was not settled till January 2010 when he posted the complaint with ICF and ICF took up the complaint with Reliance/Mediassist. His claim was finally settled on 13-05-2010 for Rs.32.643. Replacement by Micromax – Rs.9,000/- : Mr. Somanathan M of Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu purchased Micromax Canvas A120 on Sep-2014. He faced problems since December 2014 and submitted the device to the service centre many times. But the issues could not be resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with the company. After follow-ups, the customer got replacement device on or about 12-03-2015. Refund from snapdeal.com – Rs.22,000/- : Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune-411019, Maharashtra (saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered Iphone 4 through snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming.
