I placed an order for Datawind 7SC with calling facility, 1.3Ghz processor and 4.4.2 OS, 7″ screen, dual sim, 4GB ROM, 512MB RAM, 3G model after seeing ads on Sony Pal and Zee Anmol by calling mobile No.7xxxxxxx0 against cash on delivery. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.1,847/- : Shabeer Ali of Malappuram Dist, Kerala 676122 had purchased items from Snapdeal on 11-11-2014 and then cancelled some items later. He however did not get refund and Snapdeal was giving false assurances. Customer posted his complaint with ICF on 21-01-2015 and got his money back by 23-01-2015. Refund from Adidas – Rs.5099/- : Mr. Amrit Hans of Khunti 835210, Jharkhand ordered one men hoodie from on Addidas portal on 30/09/2022. He used debit card for paying but the payment failed first time though the money was debited from his account. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. Refund claim against Paramount Airways – Rs.5,954/-: On 23-06-2009 Mr. Mathews Prabhakaran of Chennai (mathews@fiwbs.in) booked a ticket to Delhi from Chennai thro’ online in Paramount Airways. Paramount airways staff later informed Mr. Prabhakaran on 06.07.09 that the flight scheduled for 12.07.09 was cancelled and the full refund would be credited to his card account. Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. Refund from Samsung for Samsung Grand 2 – Rs.21,000/-: Mr. Akash Doshi of Mumbai, Maharashtra (akashdoshi009[@]yahoo.in) had persistent complaints with his new Samsung Grand 2.
