I placed an order for Datawind 7SC with calling facility, 1.3Ghz processor and 4.4.2 OS, 7″ screen, dual sim, 4GB ROM, 512MB RAM, 3G model after seeing ads on Sony Pal and Zee Anmol by calling mobile No.7xxxxxxx0 against cash on delivery. The product was delivered to me on 15-09-2017 by courier from Kavita Enterprises and when I opened the box in front of the shopkeeper I found Datawind 7DC without calling and 2G model, that too in damaged nonw-working condition. This was delivered by Datawind company ke address: Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd., SSN Logistics Private Limited, After that immediately I would call on number:9xxxxxx2 that he told me that I would complained in Datawind customer support number:01836668500, so I would call on this number but they don’t received my call. After that I would send Email on their customer support Email ID: techsupport[@]datawind.com. Than Technical support team call and told me that I would fill the job sheet and send the filled job sheet with my damaged and wrong 7DC*Datawind tablet by speed post or courier. then after post within 20 days they refund my money otherwise new 7SC Datawind tablet delivered me. And my complaint ID is : “0926RJ27241961” which provides me by datawind customers support. plz delevired me new 7SC tablet or refund my payment. So I would send my damaged 7DC* Datawind tablet with completely fill job sheet on given their centre office address : Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Tandoori Nights Warehouse, Opp.New Amritsar Gate, G. T. Road, Amritsar -143001,By speed post from Chhabra post office on dated : 13-10-2017. But sir 3 months already gone they don’t delivered me my new 7SC 3G calling tablet or no refund my money and don’t given any information related to my problems.While I’m already informed them by sending Email 2-3 time.
Plz sir kindly solve my problem and refund my money or new 7SC Datawind from datawind company.
