Money deducted but ticket not booked on Red Bus

On thusday 10 october 2019 at 09:01 PM i was booked a ticket from BHOPAL to ALLAHABAD from redbus through phonepe app. Transaction through PHONEPE is successful but they didnot provide me ticket When i call to redbus customer service they told me that your money does not reched to us. please help me on this issues.. …

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
