Refund from Air India Express – AED.4,290.91: Balaraman Karuvachal (balram_alhayat[at]yahoo.com) of Calicut, Kerala had cancelled two online air ticket bookings on 27-06-2013 as changing of route/sector facility not permitted by Air India Express. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013.
