Refund from Amazon – Rs.20,000/- : Mr. Piyush Kumar of Faridabad, Haryana had returned a Yamaha Keyboard on 06-07-2016 (order no-404-6899635-7842713) to AMAZON and the product price was Rs.21,650. But Amazon refunded him only Rs.1,650. He approached Amazon many times but he could not get the balance money. Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. He wanted a replacement but Micromax was not willing to do the same. Non-delivery by Fitnessworld.in – Rs.6499/-: Mr. Sayantan Das of Howrah – 711101, West Bengal (sayantan_sou[@]yahoo.co.in) placed an order of Lifeline Manual Treadmill Basic Model from fitnessworld.in on 10/11/2014. The product was not shipped even after 10 days though the Fitnessworld gave false way bill numbers. Mr. Das posted his complaint with ICF on 25-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with the company. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. ICICI Bank wrongfully debits charges for alleged dishonor of cheque – Rs.55/- Mr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai, Tamilnadu had posted a complaint on 04-08-2009 about wrongful debit of charges by ICICI Bank for alleged dishonour of cheque.
