Refund from Travolook – Rs.3,279/- : Mr. Animesh Patnaik of Raipur 492001, Chattisgarh booked a flight ticket from Prayagraj to Bhubaneshwar (Indigo Airlines) on 9th Aug, 2021 from website travolook.in. Travolook said that the ticket got cancelled and the amount will be credited in 7-10 days. However, even after 12 days the customer did not receive refund. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.

Refund of affiliate payment by Snapdeal – Rs.11,883/- : Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Budhlada 151502, Punjab had been promoting Snapdeal products from his site/group as an affiliate. From last 11-12 months he sent over 20-25 mails to Snapdeal affiliate team for dues but till no payment was received. Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response. Refund from Swiggy for non-delivery – Rs.477/-: Mr. Uttam Shah of Borivali (west), Mumbai 400092 placed order for food from Kiku’s restaurant, Borivali west through Swiggy on 31.01.21 @7.47 pm. The bill of Rs. 477/- was paid through credit card. The food parcel was not delivered and on enquiry with restaurant, the customer was told that the food was already picked up.
