Slow internet speed on Jiofi

Recently I had purcahsed the jiofi device with a 60 GB plan with 3 months validity assuring speeds of 150 MBPS but I was shocked to find out the speed was just 600 Kbps so I contacted customer services after a lot of enquires they just gave me the excuse that they are improving services …

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
