Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Rediff Shopping – Rs.498/-: Parveen Bhalla of Kailash Vatika, Patna, 800010, Bihar (Email: drpavno1[at]gmail.com) ordered for a heavy duty vacuum cleaner with Rediff shopping on 31-05-2014. He received the product but it was of poor quality and was not as described. He registered a complaint with Rediff but got no assistance. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
