Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com. Quality complaint against Monginis cake: Ms. Dipika Mulchandani, Ghatkopar(w) mum 86, Maharastra (Email: dipikam86(at)gmail.com) purchased a cake from a local Monginis outlet at ghatkopar station west on the occassion of Mother’s day. It was later found that the cake appeared to be of not good quality and therefore she returned the cake to the monginis outlet and further it was returned to the company. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
