Refund from Travolook – Rs.16,921/-: Mrs. Yasmin Begum of Imphal had booked her tickets with Travolook for journey between Imphal to Guwahati. However, she received a communication from the agents that the bookings were cancelled due to fare expiration. Following this, customer waited for refund which was not made by the agent.
