Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. Complaint regarding Daikin AC – Rs.36,000/- : Mr. Raghavul v v of Nidadavole 534342, Andhra Pradesh bought a Daikin AC from Whynot showroom on 22-03-2016. The shop had assured replacement of AC if he faces any problem. There was problem with AC and he did not get any assistance from the company and the shop. Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. Refund from Hike wallet – Rs.8000/- : Kishor Kunal of Gomti Nagar, 226010, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh had loaded Rs.8000 in his Hike wallet. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails.
