Battery despatched by Dell not delivered by Blue Dart

I have purchased a battery with dell and it is send to me by blue dart tracking id 15072261551 which was to be delivered on 2nd of june but I haven’t received it yet it is shipped by dell on 29 th only and when I talk to blue dart they dont give satisfying reply …
