Paid twice for Bescom Electricity Bill

I have enabled auto pay for electricity bill and my ID is 3562475000 and bescom has raised payment request twice and got deducted twice the amount of Rs.240. And i want Bescom to adjust this in next bill. Bill month is August . Amount deducted on 18 and 19th August. I have attached Credit card …
