Discount money from Shriram Transport Finance agent – Rs.5000/-: Mr. Arnab Sengupta, Bangalore, Karnataka (dream_arnab[@]yahoo.com) posted a complaint on behalf of his mother with regard to non-receipt of discount/commission from the liaison officer of Shriram Transport Finance. Trouble with Samsung Mobile – Harassment by Service Centre, Dealer -Handset replaced by the Company: Mr. Tarun Kapur of 55 Adarsh Nagar, Iddgah Road, Moradabad-244001 posted a complaint with the forum on 10-07-2009 for the following : Problem with the functioning of handset, non-co-operative dealer and service centre. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.613/-: Mr. Karan Kapoor of Mohali, Punjab ordered for one Orpat hand blender with Snapdeal. However, the product was not shipped and Snapdeal was not giving any proper answer. The customer posted his complaint with ICF on 19-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with Snapdeal. Refund from Shopclues – Rs.1,328/-: Ms. Ankita Jadoun, Jaipur 302020, Rajasthan had purchased a mobile from shop clues model Nokia 5233 but received wrong product with all accessiories damaged, charger was not connecting to phone. She complained several times to shop clues but they refused support. The customer posted her complaint at ICF on 31-03-2017 and the matter was taken up with Shopclues. Refund of flight booking amount from Travolook – Rs.4959/-: Mr, Robert Antony of Chennai 600024, Tamil Nadu booked Indigo airlines ticket on 5th April 2021 in Travolook website and got a message that booking is in progress and will be confirmed within 30 min. However, he received an email stating booking is cancelled due to fare expiry. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
