Regarding defective refrigerator from Zefo

Placed an order for a refrgerator on 26th January and found the product to be defective. After much frustration the same was replaced and another refrigerator order was placed on 19th Februray 2019 which again has turned out to be a defective product. Refund from Akbar Travels (Rs.4,880): Dr Lopamudra Moharana of Rue La De Lauristan, Pondicherry had posted her complaint on 03-12-2013 regarding non-receipt of refund for the flights cancelled by Air India without any information to the passenger.
