It happened to me as well. But, i got my money back after doing this:
I placed another order with them for the same product as COD, which was shipped with Blue dart. Then when i was approached by blue dart to pay the money and get the product, i shared the proof of payment to the seller and explained them the whole scenario. Then blue dart lodged a consumer grievance with their sales team who are handling the consignor (who is a middle man, and not eshopokart). The consignor in turn contacted eshopokart and facilitated getting replies for all my queries. After consistent follow ups for almost 9 days, i was finally contacted by a person from eshopokart, and i got my money back. I didnt take the chance of opening the package that was sent by them after getting the refund, as i was not sure if that would be original. I didnt want to fall prey for such frauds for the second time, so i returned the package without paying a penny. Patience is the key in the entire process, convince blue dart to help you get out of this fraud. Dont loose hope, fight as much as you can. Then, later on lodge a complaint against them in cyber crime. The corporate office address given in eshopokart’s website is also not true.
