I have been requesting Capital First to provide the fore closer letter for my existing loan from more than a month now. The first time I raised the request on June 13th, 2017 and since then I am just getting emails that the request will be processed in 10 days 14 days etc. The Case ID is 03xxxxx9 but I am yet to receive the fore closure letter. They are not allowing me to close my loan???
