Charged by JIO for calls to own number

When i look at my last 6 Months JIO Statement/Call Log, I can see outgoing calls to my Own Number of which the call log was taken,for more than just a minuit. is there any way for that to happen???

I spoke to the customer care executive on 24th November 2017 regarding the same and they where not aware of this kind of situation, and this is the first complaint they received in this regards, and i haven’t heard from them till date.

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
