Club Factory order not delivered by GATI

I purchased two product from club factory app on 20 sep. And they shipped it through GATI COURIER after few day on 29 it showed it if out for next station shanghai. And for two days i have been checking Gati courier site where it is showing that i ll get my product by 6 oct 2017. I called him many time on +9186xxxxxxx4 this no. But this no. Is not working thn call on their other no. But they did not pick the call 01166xxxxx0. I send messages on their website but did not receive any message.please solve this issue.
