Complain regarding Alliance Broadband connection

I took connection of alliance broadband last month and since then i have been facing internet issues . I am teacher and a stock analyst i took internet for teaching and research work and both of my activities are hampering because of poor connection of alliance broadband!!

Staffs are rude they either dont pick up my call or when pick they just give lame excuses . From last one week everyday i am facing net issues and i am unable to teach my students and do my research work.

I have to spend whole day to contact them about poor connection and they just give assurance about connection which get fulfilled after 7 -8 hrs!!

My complain is that they should inform me earlier at the time of installation that their connection will be poor so that i could take another service provider!!

Mu students are leaving me as i am unable to teach them!! I am having financial loss and  mental Stress
Because of them.

I demand my financial loss !!
