Complaint against Airtel DTH for not terminating services

I am a retiree managing a small guesthouse in my locality. I had availed 11 set-top boxes from airtel, but since their customer service was poor and business was non-existent during lock-down, stopped recharging my airtel account. This is when the relentless calls to recharge my account began. At first I obliged them and recharged my account. But it wasn’t financially possible for me since lockdown was difficult on us, so we ignored their requests. For the past one year, I have been spammed by airtel call center with over 20 calls on a daily basis. In spite of blocking their number, they would continue calling me from other numbers. Since these relentless calls began affecting my health, I have been requesting them multiple times during the last 3 months to please delete my account and my contact details. Regardless of my pleas, the company has continued contacting me, customer service is unhelpful and only suggest that I reactivate it. I am frustrated with having to repeat my requests repeatedly. I understand that the customer  care executives are only doing their jobs, but their script is such that no helpful information can be obtained. They do not reply to emails, and the numbers they tell me to contact do not exist. I am sick of having through go through this which is why I am approaching the consumer forum,
