I am writing to file a complaint against an Instagram trader by the name of “Akshara Beauty Zone” for failing to deliver the products I purchased from them. On April 5th, 2023, at 7:09 PM, I made a payment of INR 350 for a cream and at 7:26 PM, I made a payment of INR 250 for a serum through GPay, as per the payment screenshot attached.
However, it has now been over 15 days since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive the products. I have attempted to contact the trader multiple times through direct insta messages and whatsapp messages, but have not received any response.
As a consumer, I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I believe that this trader has violated my consumer rights and should be held accountable for their actions. I kindly request that you take up this matter with the trader and help me obtain a refund for the payment made.
I have attached the screenshot of my payment confirmation and order details for your reference. I request you to please take appropriate action against this trader and help me obtain a refund for my purchase.
