Getting unsolicited calls from Snapmint

Though I haven’t ordered, I’m getting calls from Snapmint to make payment. Even though I haven’t ordered any item from Sanpmint, I’m getting multiple calls and messages from Snapmint to complete EMIs. I have called them and explained the whole thing. They said they would resolve my issue. I even mailed it and but no response from them.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
