This is to inform you that I have invested around 9 lakhs in one of the projects of M3M in M3M flora of sector 68 gurugram haryana. The company at the time of entering builder buyer agreement had mentioned three owners however at the time of entering third party agreement for financing the property they are forcing bank and me to accept the signed TPA by only one land owner.
Moreover the builder also forced me to sign the builder buyer agreement without schedule for common area facilities. Further the token amount that I paid of 5lacs was not acknowledged for two months i.e. from aug till nov.
I want a refund of entire amount along with interest and damages. Looking for resolution at the earliest.
