Complaint against carder in telegram and money lost

I saw a carding area channel in telegram. I asked about whether return option available and everything…. I did payment of Rs.2000/- but she that product not available within 2 days 200% product will come but after completion of 2 days I asked about the status of the product she said wait for 17 more days then I replied I don’t want return back my money.She claimed that I will return in 2 days but till now she didn’t gave my money and she blocked me in whatsapp and telegram channel and she cleared our chat tooo
