I have received call from excell bpo service , Aurangabad. They asked me for data entry job. They signed a agreement from me for work. After that I checked company review on Google, I found its a scam. Then I message them that I will not work for them. Now after a 1 month later one advocate called me & told me about that I have break their agreement and they will take legal action on me. Please help me. This is mentally hassament for me.

Bro they are fraud jst told them to send leagal note on your home they dont have any company so if they send fake thing then you can reagister fir against him

I have also consult with may family lawyer. He told me agreement is fake. And legal notice in the form of PDF is also a fake.
I have checked address of advocate on PDF legal notice, this address is also fake and so many complaints are filed on that address.
