Complaint regarding Data entry Spam

I have came across some data entry scheme. They asked me to fill up 100 forms and they will pay me. They sent me login id with password. I did not logged in. I left their scheme now they are black mailing me that they have sent me legal notice because I had not completed the given task. They are asking me to pay 7000 rupees. Otherwise they would take me to the court .
