I am writing to formally lodge a consumer complaint against Deodap, an online seller, regarding my recent order.
I had purchased a product from Deodap which was delivered in defective and damaged condition. I promptly reached out to their customer support, requesting either a replacement or a full refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, I have not received any proper response or resolution from their end.
