We ordered Eureka Marvel from Amazon. We got it delivered to us on 7th July. We raised a request to Eureka Forbes the same day. Till today we have not received an acknowledgment or response from the team. We have been calling them almost once in two three days, or daily this week. Still no response.
The area is not under containment or otherwise since 7th July. There was lockdown only once in between 7th July and today. Very disappointed with Eureka Forbes.
