Poor customer support from Airlink communications broadband

Internet Board Band Connectivity problem with Airlink Communications Pvt Ltd. Value: 4999.00.
I have Board Band connection of Airlink Communication Pvt ltd, Surat and from 1/12/20 their is no conncetivity and I make complain on 2/12/20 with no-2020120250 and till their is no reply from their and last four days I repeatly make complain about it and they didnt give any proper answer.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response.
