-I would like to complain regarding a Instagram profile where I ordered a photo frame for my mother for her Birthday. I have contacted an Instagram page @thefreakykart, to order the frame
-I have ordered it on Sept 13th 2023 and made a full payment
-On the page they have mentioned that the order will be delivered within 15 days
-But there is no response from them, I have contacted them and called them multiple times, no reply
-Whenever I ask them, they will ask for 2 hours time and never respond
-the last day they contacted was Oct 8th, till now no response
-Will attach all the screenshots
-I could not give my mom her special gift and regret to order to the page
-Order ID : 81529 on Sept 13th 2023
-Instagram ID of the team: @thefreakykart. Please look into this ASAP and get me justice
