I have ordered an ear dots blutooth listening device from an online shopping website named jaldifatafat.com. the order was placed on 25.03.2020. I queried about my order several times, in response they said due to covid outbreak they can’t send my order. I asked them to cancel my order and return my money which a sum of average ? 761. I got now any response. I want my refund amount kindly help into this matter.

Same is the case , with me. I have ordered a Air Cooler on 11 th Of May. There is no response from the online Portal till date., after multiple followups. I shall give a weeks time and file a consumer complaint.
