Complaint against online website theshoeskart for non-delivery

This online website sells shoes or pretends to sell shoes. However, they are fraud as they dont send anything to customer. They take orders and payments up front and after that there is neither any communication nor product delivery. Any attempt to contact seller is also futile as they have given email address which dont respond.
I have waited for more than 2 weeks but no delivery of shoes happened.
