Complaint against smartpey.pro for mobile recharge

A boy named Axxxt Sxxxxxh behalf of Smartpey.pro website took my money rs599 to recharge my mobile number for 5 months . He gave me fake proof about my recharge and did only one month recharge of rs219. After one month when my recharge was not done I called him to claim my remaining money he refused to do so and started blackmailing me. They looted many people’s money in this way. Please take step

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
