Complaint against the shoekart for non-delivery

I had ordered for a pair of shoes from online shoping portal “the shoekart.com” on 2nd August 2021 and requisite amount of ? 798/- was instantly paid through NetBanking facility of axis bank with a promise of delivering the above item within 3 to 5 days, as advertised in online portal. The confirmation of payment was intimated by sms. And they assured that necessary shoping information will be intimated by sms shortly. I have two times asked them to send information for shipping but they rever replied.
My earnest request is to look into the matter and do the na. At the same time, it my humble request to take action for stopping them portal until and unless the the complaint is resolved. Otherwise, simple and honest citizen will be cheated continuously.
