Complaint against zopnow for non-delivery

No response from Zopnow for order booking & refund of payment. Value: 659

I had booked an order of Rs. 659 on 26.04.2021 for groceries from Zopnow website but order was not booked and payment deducted via Paytm UPI. I contacted the Customer supporting team through Email but no response from them. I also tried to contact by IVR phone call but they asked for some code or pin to connect and Now I am unable to logging  to my ID on Zopnow  and Messages showed that invalid user ID or Email. This is fake website and they are cheating the people. Action should be taken against them. I want my money back.
