Complaint regarding Aircel recharge

I rechrged an amount of 173 rupees in my aircel number 8xxxxxxxxx3 on 06-12-2017. The benefit of this recharge will be Unlimited local+Std call, 1 gb 3G data/day and 100 sms/day for 28 days. But I didn’t receive any benefits yet. I called the customer service of aircel at least 6th times. They didn’t provide any details regarding this and even they cut my call also. One of their executive said that his senior will call me for my problem but not getting any call from them. I also mailed their customer support for two time and there is also no response. Now I am fade up with all these things happened to me. I just want my money back as it is valued for me. RECHARGE TXN No. KOR17120621442300192.
Please take necessary step so I can get my money back.
