Airtel xstream fiber service disrupted,

The service is disrupted from 23/06/21,6:13pm till today. Made several calls to customer care and demanded refund but it is not possible they replied. Today received a message from them at 8:24am that the issue has been resolved but in reality the connection is still disrupted. I fail to understand, how can they lie about it so casually. I have paid for the services in advance till 7/12/21, plan rental: Rs 943/month. I feel helpless because of the way they are treating me.
