Had made an online purchase of INR 798/- on 3rd June 2021 from theshoeskart.com website.

Have still not received the item till date with no response from the customer care even after repeated emails. Have attached the confirmation sms as received on the date of payment for your reference.

Requesting your kind help and support in resolving the same at the earliest.
