When I got the OD account created, I was told they are charging me credit vidya fees so that the loan details dont show in cibil. i paid processing fees of 18000. I was also not informed of the foreclosure charges.
Now, when I am applying for a home loan the OD account is showing in my cibil and HDFC bank is not ready to give me the home loan.
I called Bajaj finance and I was told I have to pay foreclosure charges of 59000 if I want to close the account.
So, they are charing me 76000 even though till date I have not utlizied a single penny from that account. If I dont receive any help, it will be a huge problem for me.
