The medicine bottle I received on this order was almost empty. I raised a complaint with required pictures and Netmeds and they assured that the money will be refunded. They also asked me to share my bank account details. It is more than a month and they have still not refunded my amount. I have shared canceled cheque 3 times, still they have not done anything to refund my amount.
I have raised escalations, grievances, called customer support more than 10 times and also looped in CEO, still no action is taken. Raising this complaint for getting refund of my medicine.
