Complaint regarding convenience fee charged by Myntra

i ordered a product from myntra. the price quoted was 414. and 15 was charged for convenience fee. the product i received had mrp written as 396. on calling the customer care, they initiated the return of my product and the supervisor specifically told me that the entire amount of 429 (414+15) would be refunded. they have initiated for only the 414 . is there a valid reason here that i can file a complaint against myntra.
